I don't like animals in circuses. And I'm also not that enamoured of animals in zoos although I can understand the point of conservation and zoology. If you go into the London zoo, you can see three magnificent tigers cooped up in a tiny enclosure. Tigers who are accustomed to roaming vast ranges are hemmed inside barbed wire and fences.
And then the cruelty to animals. I see horrendous examples in my animal charity but who wouldn't get upset looking at this poor animal feeling fear and cowering in terror?
