Breastfeeding mother told 'no food or drink by the pool'

Now I ask you, why on earth would this staff member moan at the breastfeeding mother? Because she is d’oh!. I quote:

A mother was ordered to stop breastfeeding her baby next to a swimming pool because of rules banning "food and drink" in the area. Laura Whotton, 26, was rebuked by a staff member at the John Carroll Leisure Centre in Nottingham when she tried to feed her 11-week-old son, Joshua.

While this is an amusing story, our propensity to go for a purely risk free life, simply ticking off rules, and specially those idiot health and safety gits, what are we actually creating here? a world of cotton wrapped gibbering drooling morons?
