This is a spectacularly bad idea. The fact that a government is extending its non-secular behaviour (it already does it with christian schools!) to Muslims is not good. Why is it doing it? why isn't IT doing this anti-extremism business? Why is it now planning to have state educated imams? what the hell is happening here? Why are we handing over government power and my tax money to religious groups? Don't they understand that this is entrenching the power of religious groups in secular polity?
This government is truly idiotic not just incompetent.
All this to be taken with a grain of piquant salt!!!
