And yet again, another school and its library is burnt down by militants. It was a great master stroke, from these Mujahideen, these struggles for Islam. You see, this was the only school in the district of Charbagh, where the annual school examinations could be held. And given the poverty, transportation and and and problems in that area, its quite possible that 2-3 years worth of students are now going to be deprived of education. As it should be, educating girls is bad, giving polio drops is to make them (and the boys) impotent. But there is hope, look at what Turkish Schools are doing in this area. I just hope these are also not burnt down... How can they do this to a library, a school and their children? Unbelievable.
