Reciprocity is fair play, no?

Well, I cannot argue against this, can I? If you want to operate in my country, surely you have to give me the right to operate in your country as well, no? That's what good friends and neighbours do, no? See here: I quote:

LONDON: The British Indian Lawyers Association, representing the interests of Indian lawyers practising in the UK, has jumped into the ongoing debate about opening up India’s legal services market to foreign lawyers, objecting to any such move without ensuring reciprocal entry clearances for Indian lawyers into the UK.
