The OIC, without fail and very regularly, gives out a statement about how bad the situation is in Kashmir. And now, Afghanistan, a fellow OIC member, is in Kashmir to learn how to handle counter insurgency and counter terrorism methods. Perhaps they should look to Pakistan.... :)
